Jessica Duan

My work explores the relationship between strength of the human spirit and trauma. I love to paint with colors that represent my emotional and mental state but also enjoy creating art that shows the beauty of regular, mundane, inanimate objects. After my life saving amputation surgery, creating art with my non dominant hand has also been so rewarding and I hope that my works inspire you to get creative!
