Artist Bio:

Niko Abazadze is a Georgian born American artist, sculptor, art  restorer, and scenic artist who has been living and working in New York  since 1999. His diverse artistic practices have led him to participate  in exhibitions and competitions, showcasing his unique artistic vision.  Niko's art is distinguished by its individualism and expressive power.  His creations possess a remarkable quality: they convey a sense of  movement even in stillness, expressing action without mechanical motion.  Through varied textures and surfaces, Niko creates focal points that  reveal the inner nature of the human experience, bringing to light  emotions often hidden in the depths of our being.

Artist Statement:

As an artist, I am drawn to the quiet spaces in between—the subtle  gestures, the unspoken exchanges, the inner currents that shape human  experience. My sculptures are not merely static objects; they are  dialogues cast in form, each piece inviting reflection and emotional  engagement. I often return to the motif of the bird, not as a decorative  symbol, but as a living thread that weaves through my work—a witness, a  guide, a metaphor.
